You have already booked an room or junior suite here with us in Backstage Kufstein? For that, we would like to say thank you! Of course we will try to make your stay in our studio in Kufstein as comfortable and easy as possible. Thus, we have gathered a few important facts and details for you here:

- You have booked through an agent = a pity, you have paid definitely more.

Check-in:
Check-in with your computer, tablet or smartphone conveniently online before arrival via our electronic guest data sheet (we will send you in advance by email). You will then receive your personal access code on the day of arrival via SMS to the mobile telephone number you have entered in the guest data sheet and can check in into your room or junior suite between 1 and 10 p.m. Earlier or later check-in only available on request!
Check-out:
by 11 a.m. at the latest. In the event of delayed check- out, please note that we do have to clean your room or junior suite and that your key code will no longer be valid after 11 a.m. on the day you are due to depart. Later check-out only available when you let us know in advance.
Cancellation:
no charge for cancellations made up to 7 days before you are due to arrive. If cancellations are made less than 7 days before the booked arrival date, the following cancellation fees apply:
* cancellations up to 6 days before you are due to arrive: 50% of the agreed reservation amount for the entire rental period agreed upon;
* No-show: 100% of the reservation amount.
Please note that different cancellation and payment conditions apply for reservations of several rooms and suites or a stay of three nights or more.
Payment:
the entire amount as per the reservation, plus local taxes (EURO 2.00 per adult | night) will be reserved on your credit card account up until the end of the free period of cancellation, and the amount will be deducted from your credit card on the day you are due to arrive. You will receive an invoice by e-mail. Should you need to use another invoice address, please let us know in advance.
Cleaning (final cleaning included in the price) – please note that all the studios are NON smoking areas and that smoking is not permitted (in the event of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of EUR 150.00 will be charged). Interim cleaning, with or without change of towels etc., is optional.
Private Sport & SPA Loft:
The Private Sport & SPA Loft is located on the 2nd floor below the boarding house and can be easily and conveniently reached by elevator or staircase. The Lifestyle Loft can be rented exclusively for 3 or 6 hours every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Security: We inform you that the public area "get to gether lounge" is monitored for your and our security.
